September 17, 2009 Regular Meeting with Public Hearing on Budget Agenda Item #57 Item Title C-2 (Farrell) Bi-Annual Policy Review Report Pursuant to Florida Statute 120.74 Issue/Rationale This review is provided pursuant to and in compliance with the requirements set forth in Section 120.74 of Florida Statutes.  Said statute requires that each agency shall formally review its rules every two years to identify and correct deficiencies, clarify, simplify and delete obsolete and unnecessary rules and improve efficiency and decrease paperwork and/or costs. Recommended Action Approve Bi-Annual Policy Review Report as submitted.
